My question is from Wayne, a small business owner from Hobart.

Will construction of the stadium be contingent on a funded transport solution being contractually committed before a sod is turned?

Secondly, the Treasurer said 'risk is shared under a lump‑sum design and construct contract. Every major Australian public construction project has suffered overruns under lump sum contracts. What is the government's contingency figure and what is the maximum financial exposure the state carries under variation and latent conditions clause?
