Acknowledgement of Country

I acknowledge and pay my respects to the Muwinina people, who were the original custodians of the lands around the western shore of Nipaluna/Hobart, and pay my respects to Elders past and present, and to all Palawa / Pakana peoples who continue to carry the wisdom, spirit, and resilience of their ancestors. I commit my support to the contemporary Tasmanian Aboriginal community in the fight for land return, Aboriginal justice and a genuine Treaty for all First Nations peoples.
